DVD-9 DVD Replication (8.5GB)

Note: All prices for DVD-9 Replication include glass master and stamper, film charges, replication, 5-Color (full color) silkscreen / offset printing directly onto the disc. There is absolutely NO extra charge except for shipping. For CSS copy protection you can send us the dual-layer DVD-R or DVD+R as masters. Other companies will need you to provide two DLT tapes but New Cyberian can waive such difficult requirement.

DVD-9 is a single-side double-layer DVD format that has playtime almost double that of a DVD-5. DVD players are designed to play DVD-9 without the need to flip the disc and they should play a DVD-9 just the normal way to play a DVD-5. The playtime for DVD-9 is about 4 hours. If your video is longer than 2 hours you will need to use DVD-9.

Most Hollywood movies are in DVD-9 format and you wonder why? Because DVD-9 can hold much longer video in better quality and is more difficult to copy.

Unlike DVD Duplication Service which is meant for short run rush order, our DVD replication service has the same quality as retail DVDs found in DVD outlets. But if you quantity is less then 500 and you need the DVD in short time, DVD duplication is still a good alternative. We currently only offer DVD duplication in DVD-5 format.

LEAD-TIME for DVD-9 DVD Replication is about 7 to 10 working days. But let us know if you need your order sooner, we will try our best to expedite for you without rush fees.

How To Order:

We accept either playable DVD-R or DLT Tape as master for your DVD replication order. This applies to orders that need CSS or without CSS.

Download the Artwork Template(s) listed below the product picture to design your artwork(s). You will need either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator to open the template. If you use Photoshop, please rasterize all your text layers. If you use Illustrator, please make all your text as outline.

If you don't have either Photoshop or Illustrator, send us a TIFF, BMP, or JPG file that conforms to the following specifications:

1. 300 dpi,
2. CMYK mode,
3. Artwork diameter is 116mm. The inner non-printable area diameter is 23mm.

Burn the finished artwork on a CD then send it together with the DVD masters or the DLT tapes. You can also send us the artwork electronically to sales@newcyberian.com by using www.yousendit.com. Sending content electronically is feasible but not recommended due to the large file size.
