DVD-9 is a single-side double-layer DVD format that has playtime almost double that of a DVD-5. DVD players are designed to play DVD-9 without the need to flip the disc and they should play a DVD-9 just the normal way to play a DVD-5. The playtime for DVD-9 is about 4 hours. If your video is longer than 2 hours you will need to use DVD-9.
Most Hollywood movies are in DVD-9 format and you wonder why? Because DVD-9 can hold much longer video in better quality and is more difficult to copy.
Setting a correct layer break point is crucial for the proper working of dual-layer DVD-9’s. New Cyberian will check and verify the layer break point for you. If we found an incorrect layer break point is set, we will fix that for you - FREE without charging you a penny.
Fed up with other replicators insist in having DLT tape as master? New Cyberian can accept either complete authored DVD-R or DLT Tape as master for your DVD-9 dual-layer replication orders. This applies to orders with CSS or without CSS.

Artwork templates are listed below the product picture based on the selections you have made under the Packaging pull-down menu. You will need either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator to open the template. If you use non-standard fonts please either send us the font files, outline the fonts (Illustrator), or rasterize the fonts (Photoshop). Missing font is a common problem we face when clients use non-standard fonts.
We can also accept artwork in other format from programs such as CorelDraw, Quark, Gimp as long as the following specifications are met.

Shipping options include ground (1 to 5-day dependes on where you are located), 3-Day, 2-Day, and overnight. We encourage you to plan ahead so you can use ground shipping. In general the cost difference between ground and overnight is quite big.

We accept either playable DVD±R or 2 DLT Tapes (one for layer-0 and one for layer-1) as master for your DVD-9 replication order. This applies to orders that need CSS or without CSS.
Burn the finished artwork on a CD and mail it to us together with the content master DVD to be replicated. You can also send us the artwork and/or content electronically to email@example.com by using free service provided by www.yousendit.com or www.sendspace.com. If you choose to send us the content electronically, try to create a disc image in ISO, NERO, Toast, or other compatible formats.
If you place the order online, please include a copy of the online invoice when you send us the master by mail.
New Cyberian Systems, Inc. guarantees the replicated DVD will be exactly the same as the master provided to us by our clients. We will not be liable for any latent errors that are inherent in the content. Please make sure to check and test the master before sending it to us.
Note: All prices for DVD-9 Replication include glass master and stamper, film charges, replication, 5-Color (full color) silkscreen / offset printing directly onto the disc. There is absolutely NO extra charge except for shipping. For CSS copy protection you can send us the dual-layer DVD-R or DVD+R as masters. Other companies will need you to provide two DLT tapes but New Cyberian can waive such difficult requirement.
For all DVD replication orders your artwork will be professionally printed onto the CD surface by either silkscreen or offset printing -- the same quality as any retail CD’s you can find in music stores.
